Challenge - Task 4: Plank

With this task you can strenghten your the middle body muscles, which take care about the body tension in gymnastics.

This exercise belongs to every fitness program. The challenge is to stay as long as possible in plank position. During pkank you should not stand on your toes - the feet should be outstretched and the wait rest on the instep. Additional value for gymnasts: the foot posture will be improved!
