To avoid, that the Training at Home becomes boring, Sebastian has set up a "Challenge", based on the dailies exercises. Everbody is invited to participate, not only the SKV Juniors- und League Team Members. The correct execution you can see on videos, which Sebastian has recorded and commented (in German language) at home.
The execution of every exercise can be quantified - how long do you stand in handstand-position, how far can you walk in handstand, how small is the distance between body and floor for splits, and so on. You can download an Excel-file to your computer, following the link on this page, record the results and send back to us. If you do not have the necessary equipment, please put your results to a mail and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org we will forward it to Sebastian.
The best performances in all age groups and exercises will be awarded, and we also will try to identify the "All-Around Winner". By the way: everybody who will take part, will be a winner.
We also will be happy to receive Videos or Pictures, which we can publish on this homepage and in our SKV Social Media (Facebood and Instagram). With sending Videos and/or Pictures you (or for minors your parents) accept, that we publish those and store them on our server.
Another very important remarks: the Challenge shall motivate our gymnasts, to keep on working on their physical fitness. But even more important in the time of "Social distancing" is to stay in contact with others, don't hang your head, look forward. And to spread around this positive attitude as good as possible. Also to friends and supporters of our club and the gymnastis in our region, for whom it may be important to hear and see, that the SKV is still alive. Therefore we would be happy, if other people with relations to the SKV, could send us a statement (if possible as video). A message, how you are doing, whether you like our challenge, or simply anything what is worth to be published. All messages which we receive we will show on the page "Messages" on this site, and of course also in our social media like Facebook and Instagram.
